    Placed an order on short notice and it was delivered much earlier than I expected. My expectations where exceeded and my recipient was very happy with the products.

    BUYER BEWARE!!!!

    I ordered an centrepiece "Deck the Halls" Christmas arrangement for a Christmas function. Was fulfilled by Interflora not Emu. When it arrived it was 2 x vases as per pictures.
    I was unable to get a refund from Emu florist and had to dispute the transaction with my bank.
    Worst of all I had ordered a second delivery (before the 1st was delivered) and cancelled it after delivery of the first flowers. It is now March and I am still waiting for a refund.
    They do not return calls or emails when you have a problem.

    Once again you've out done yourself.. I ordered an arrangement from you @ 1415hrs on Tuesday afternoon for anniversary and they were delivered @ 1745. The arrangement was outstanding, couldn't have been more happier. Beautifully presented with gorgeous card attached. I have been purchasing floral arrangements from you for quite a few years and have never been disappointed, even with interfloral which are beyond your control. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending your florist.
