  Karen and Gary at Nepean Riverside Real Estate have been managing one of our rental properties for a couple of years now and I simply wish other property agents were this good. Karen has many years’ experience managing properties and a commitment to providing excellent service. She is always on the ball and keeps very good track of what is going on and keeps us informed but does all the work making owning this property hassle free. The difference for us is Karen is trying to provide a quality service instead of just collecting a pay check and that difference in attitude is really telling. We would have moved all our properties for Karen to manage but unfortunately the other properties are outside their area.
  
  We highly recommend Karen and Gary at Nepean Riverside Real Estate and other property managers could really learn a lot from them.

  As along term renter I have had the pleasure of Dealing with Karen and Gary for close to 10 years now. When my family outgrew the first property property that we were leasing through Nepean Riverside Karen was great in locating a property that met our criteria.
  In our dealings Karen has always been quick to respond to any issue that may have arisen. Communicating clearly when trades etc will be coming and appointing times for inspections.

  Gary and Karen made buying a home easy and comfortable, the moment we started dealing with them, they assured us that everything was under control.
  Gary and Karen went out of the way to make our buying experience a memorable one. They went out of their way even when they didn't need to, they arranged extra inspections even after the property had exchanged, their communication was second to none keeping us informed every step of the way.

  I’ve been with Nepean Realestate for almost 12 months and it has been a refreshing change! Karen and her team genuinely care about my property. Through the last few months we have had a few hiccups that required insurance and new tenants and Karen went above and beyond to get everything sorted as quickly as possible. I am so happy that I chose Nepean Riverside and feel confident that my property is being looked after like it was their own. I could go on and on but I will run out of space!   If you are selling or looking for a Property Manager, you can't go past Nepean Riverside Real Estate. Karen was managing our property, she is truly amazing. I know, as we have other properties out of the area and have never ending issues with the management. Karen is always on top of everything, her knowledge is second to none.
  Recently, we decide to sell the property, Garry was on the job, one week, our property was sold!!!!
  Small family business is certainly the way to go, they do actually care.
